The Nike Dunk SB High - Premium SB Dinosaur Jr (Metallic Silver / Metallic Silver) is inspired after the 80s band Dinosaur Jr consisting of J Mascis, Lou Barlow, and Murph. It had been nearly 18 years since the original three members of Dinosaur Jr released an album together. The original three members rejoined together in 2005 to put out a come back album. Nike SB decided to grant them a pair of Nike Dunk SB Dinosaur Jr to commemorate the group’s return and their comeback back album. It features a metallic silver color-way with purple accents, including purple stitching, outsole, and laces. It also features a small figure holding up a peace symbol on the heel of the shoe.
